Research and Advocacy

One of Stop Hunger's core priorities is raising awareness by staying informed on food insecurity issues and keeping our community updated. We share insights through whitepapers, lead webinars, and speak at events to increase visibility and drive action.

Whitepapers

Our white papers are essential tools in our fight against hunger. By sharing insights, data, and best practices, we aim to:

  • Raise awareness about food insecurity and its impact.
  • Inspire action among our community and beyond.
  • Guide companies in supporting the empowerment of women and the younger generation.

Recent publications include Women Empowerment - A Pillar for a Hunger-Free World and Food Insecurity: the urgent need for a paradigm shift. These documents reflect our commitment to staying ahead of the crisis and driving positive change.

Webinars

In addition to producing whitepapers, we collaborate with NGO partners to host regular webinars featuring expert speakers on diverse aspects of food insecurity. Our latest webinar, held on International Women's Day 2024, focused on "Unlocking Women's Empowerment on the Path to Zero Hunger." Organized in partnership with WFP, CARE, the Sodexo DE&I team, and our Women for Zero Hunger program finalist and her mentor, the event brought together a wide audience, including Sodexo employees, clients, and suppliers, as well as members of our clients' ecosystems.

Speaking Up to End Hunger

Stop Hunger leaders are regularly invited to speak at global events and high-level forums - critical moments to spotlight food insecurity, rally action, and forge powerful partnerships. These platforms amplify our voice, fueling advocacy and accelerating impact.   In March 2025, Stop Hunger Global CEO Mouna Fassi Daoudi was invited by President Emmanuel Macron to speak at the Élysée Palace during the “Together to Feed the World” forum. Bringing together leaders from business, philanthropy, and civil society, the event was a pivotal opportunity to elevate our mission on a global stage.
