Mickaël Martinet Bawer - France

Mickaël has been with Sodexo for 9 years, holding various positions on site before taking charge of the Crédit Agricole Centre-Est team two years ago. A strong-willed leader and Stop Hunger Champion, he is recognized for his ability to bring people together.
Every year, he takes on people on work placements on site, organizes food, toy and clothing collections, and acts as a catalyst for generosity throughout the Lyon region. His commitment is deeply personal. Growing up in precarious circumstances, he saw his mother struggle daily to provide for the family. At the age of 18, as soon as he began to earn his first income, he decided to give back by getting involved in local associations. During the Covid crisis, he founded Les Suricates, an association now supported by Stop Hunger, which brings together hundreds of volunteers and companies to help the most disadvantaged.

Tammie Evans, Australie

Marius Tudor - Romanie

Marius joined the Pluxee Romania team three years ago as coordinator of CSR initiatives, and is also playing a key role in the development of Stop Hunger in the country. His path of solidarity began in his teens, when he was invited to volunteer for a basketball tournament organized by an association. This project, which brought together local authorities, sponsors, children and disabled athletes, strengthened community ties to such an extent that the town won the title of Youth Capital of Romania in 2017. Today, Marius continues this dynamic through Stop Hunger, supporting Touched Romania for the past 5 years, an organization that offers refuge to mothers who are victims of domestic violence. It also supports Magic Camp, which helps families cope with the chronic illness of a child. Through its actions, Marius demonstrates that sustainable impact is based on solid alliances and an inclusive vision of progress.

Laura Alvares - Bresil

At just 24, Laura embodies the new generation of agents of change. She
holds the role of sustainable development analyst at Pluxee Brazil and is responsible for the Stop Hunger program, which she has been leading
for the past three years with remarkable energy. Her commitment began at school when a teacher encouraged her class to support a cause. By going to meet children from a neighbouring, more disadvantaged school, Laura became aware of inequalities. This triggered her personal and professional development.
Under her impetus, Stop Hunger Brazil has already supported over 2.5 million beneficiaries since 2020. The team is also working to empower more than 800 women in the favelas of Paraisópolis, notably through training courses for women entrepreneurs in the catering industry, and thanks to solid partnerships with the Pluxee ecosystem, such as BNP Paribas. The team also coordinates food aid and emergency actions, such as during the floods in the south of the country in 2023. Thanks to her enthusiasm, Laura brings stakeholders together to make a real impact.
