Stop Hunger Laureates 2026

Agathe Mazars - Partnerships & Communication Manager Better With Water
Better With Water
Since 2008, Better With Water has been bringing running water directly into homes in underserved communities in the Philippines and Bangladesh, where public infrastructure is often lacking. In Cavite, Philippines, the project supported by Stop Hunger has already connected 90 families to clean water at home, reducing the time and cost associated with water collection and opening new opportunities for women and families. Beyond access to water, the project strengthens local leadership and financial literacy, with 160 residents, including 138 women, trained to manage and support community initiatives. Better With Water demonstrates how a reliable, affordable and community-led water service can improve health, dignity and long-term resilience.

Divya Yachamaneni - CEO of Naandi Community Water Services
Naandi Foundation
In India, Naandi Foundation has built a decentralized model to provide safe drinking water to communities where access remains a major challenge. Through Naandi Community Water Services, the organization develops community-run water kiosks that make high-quality drinking water more accessible and affordable. Supported by Stop Hunger, Sodexo and local partners, the project will contribute to the opening of new water kiosks, the training of local operators, and awareness programs on water, hygiene and nutrition. With a strong focus on sustainability and community ownership, Naandi Foundation is helping families access not only clean water, but also better health, well-being and hope for the future.

Newfel EL MESSAOUDI - President of Rdv Solid’R
Le Rendez-vous Solid’R
Founded on a strong spirit of solidarity, Le Rendez-vous Solid’R supports vulnerable communities in France through weekly food distributions and outreach activities. Since 2022, the association has extended its impact internationally by financing drinking water wells in Mali and Guinea-Conakry. With the support of Stop Hunger, a new community well has been built in Conakry, giving an entire village reliable access to safe drinking water close to home. For women and girls, who are often responsible for collecting water, this means more time for school, agriculture and income-generating activities. Guided by the belief that small steps can lead to great change, Le Rendez-vous Solid’R shows how local commitment can create lasting impact far beyond borders.
